一个码能用几台？How many computers?

3 台，Mac 和 Windows 都算。同一台电脑重装 Omia、清缓存后再输码，不会多占名额。Up to 3, Mac or Windows. Reinstalling Omia on the same computer doesn't use an extra slot.

需要一直联网吗？Do I need to stay online?

只有第一次激活需要联网。之后完全离线也能用，Omia 大约每 30 天在后台悄悄核对一次；就算一直连不上，还有 14 天宽限。联网时只传激活码和一个由本机编号算出、无法反查的设备号，您的文件永远不会离开您的电脑。Only the first activation needs internet. After that Omia works offline; it quietly checks in about every 30 days, with a 14-day grace period if it can't. Only your code and an anonymous device ID are sent. Your files never leave your computer.

换电脑怎么办？Moving to a new computer

• 旧电脑还在手边：旧电脑上打开 Omia → 设置 →「在这台电脑上停用」，然后在新电脑输码。Old computer still with you: on it, open Omia → Settings → "Deactivate on this computer", then enter the code on the new one.
• 直接在新电脑输码、提示名额已满：Omia 会列出正在用的 3 台，选一台移除，输入发到邮箱的验证码即可。New computer says all slots are in use: Omia lists the 3 computers; pick one to remove and enter the code we email you.
• 旧电脑卖了、坏了：到 管理设备 页，用邮箱验证码移除。Old computer sold or broken: remove it on the Manage computers page with an email code.

为了防止一个码被很多人轮流用，每个码 30 天内最多自助移除 3 次，超过请联系我们。To prevent code sharing, you can remove up to 3 computers per 30 days yourself. Contact us beyond that.

激活码丢了Lost your code?

激活码一直显示在 Omia 设置页。也可以在 找回激活码 页输入购买邮箱，我们会重新发给您。It's always shown in Omia Settings. Or enter your purchase email on the Find my code page and we'll resend it.

邮箱填错了Wrong email?

激活码照样能用。只是换电脑时验证码收不到，请写信到 xiaoerzhan@gmail.com，附上激活码，我们帮您改。Your code still works, but you won't receive verification codes. Write to xiaoerzhan@gmail.com with your code and we'll fix it.

退款Refunds

付款后 7 天内，在 Omia 设置里或 申请退款 页自助申请，全额原路退回，激活码随之停用。详见 退款政策。Within 7 days of purchase, request a refund in Omia Settings or on the refund page. Full refund, and the code is deactivated. See the refund policy.

App Store 版App Store version

Mac App Store 版通过苹果内购解锁，不能输入激活码。用激活码请从 官网 下载。The Mac App Store version unlocks through Apple and can't use activation codes. To use a code, download Omia from our website.
