退款政策
017 天无理由全额退款
自付款成功起 7 天内，您可以申请全额退款，无需说明理由。退还的是您实际支付的全部金额，支付渠道的手续费由我们承担。
02如何申请
- 在 Omia 里：打开 设置 → 激活那一行的「申请退款」，按提示输入发到您邮箱的验证码，确认即可。
- 在官网：打开 退款申请页，输入激活码，用邮箱验证码确认。没有安装或没有激活也可以申请。
验证码会发到您购买时填写的邮箱，用来确认是您本人在操作。
03多久到账
- 支付宝付款：通常当天原路退回；个别情况下需要 1–2 个工作日。
- 银行卡、Apple Pay、Google Pay、微信（海外付款）：由支付服务商 Waffo 原路退回，一般 5–10 个工作日到账，具体以发卡行为准。
退款发起后，您会收到一封确认邮件。
04退款之后
退款完成后，这个激活码会在所有电脑上停用：正在使用的电脑会在下次联网核对时回到未激活状态。未激活时，打开和查看文件仍可免费使用；保存、格式转换和专业格式的查看需要重新激活。
05超过 7 天或特殊情况
- 因软件自身缺陷导致无法正常使用、经我们协助仍无法解决的；
- 因系统原因发生的重复扣款（多扣部分全额退回）；
- 同一个邮箱已经自助退过一次款，又需要退款的。
以上情况请写信给我们，附上激活码或订单号，我们会认真核实并尽快处理。
活动赠送的激活码不涉及付款，因此不适用退款。因违反《用户服务协议》（如倒卖、伪造激活码）被停用的授权，不予退款。

Refund Policy
017-day, no-questions-asked full refund
Within 7 days of a successful payment, you can request a full refund without giving a reason. We refund the full amount you paid; payment processing fees are on us.
02How to request one
- In Omia: open Settings → "Request refund" next to your activation, then confirm with the code we email you.
- On our website: open the refund request page, enter your activation code and confirm with the email code. This works even if Omia isn't installed or activated.
The verification code goes to the email you used at purchase, so we know it's really you.
03When the money arrives
- Alipay: usually the same day, occasionally 1–2 business days.
- Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat (international checkout): refunded by our payment provider Waffo to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is submitted.
04After a refund
Once refunded, the activation code stops working on all computers; any computer still using it returns to the unactivated state at its next online check. Opening and viewing files stays free; saving, converting and viewing professional formats require activation again.
05After 7 days, or special cases
- Omia doesn't work because of a defect in the software, and we couldn't fix it together;
- You were charged twice because of a system error (the extra charge is refunded in full);
- Your email has already used a self-service refund and you need another one.
In these cases, please write to us with your activation code or order number and we'll look into it promptly.
Gift codes from giveaways involve no payment, so they aren't refundable. Licenses revoked for violating the Terms of Service (e.g. reselling or forging codes) are not refunded.
